II Buildup of the line:
This line is comprised of loading rack for longitudinal bar (for straight bar feeding), welding machine, woof bar feeding device, mesh pulling and unloading device, PLC control system.
2.1 Loading rack for longitudinal bars: for straight bar feeding, capacity 10 tons.
2.2 Main welding machine is controlled by imported controllable silicon module. Welding transformer has 8 grades suitable for different diameter and saves electric consumption. It is convenient to adjust top and bottom electrodes. Welding head is made by copper alloy.
2.3 Woof bar feeding device has capacity of storing several hundred pieces woof bars. The feeding is automatic and accurate. We have our own patent for this device.
2.4 Pulling and unloading device is the movement power of the mesh during welding. The hauling is by servo motor and of high accuracy. The size of longitudinal bar can be input on the tough panel directly.
