Description of industrial fan guard making machine:
Except for radial wire (spoke wire) fan guard, there is another spiral wire fan guard usually for industrial purpose, such as ventilation fan guard. And for industrial fan guards, there are flat and bowl shape. We have developped an automatical machine for looping spiral wire and welding, two functions in one, automatic!
Looping wire feeding head is driven by servo motor. Looping head rotating is driven by servo motor. And welding torch is also driven by servo motor.
Main features of our industrial fan guard making machine is productivity, usually one to two minutes can finish one spiral wire fan guard. However, traditional processing way will take at least 5 minutes.
