Description of cotton swab machine:
This machine is specially designed for automatically producing double-head cotton swabs. It is comprised of forming system, drying system, transmitting system and packing system.
This machine is semi-automatic, auto forming, auto gluing, auto drying, auto counting, just manually fill into bags and seal. There need total three operators only.
The finished cotton swab heads are full and uniform, cotton wrapping to stick is solid.
